What this website collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company, the type of work you're asking about, an optional budget range, and your message. Nothing else is required to use the site.

Alongside your message we store the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us spot repeated automated submissions; it cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we do not keep the address itself.

What we do not do

There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies on this site. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, then deleted. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@verkaisolutions.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, add the relevant supervisory authority and how to complain to it.
