Connected operations. Practical AI.

Bring your manufacturing workflows together with Unify, or work with us on the data, integrations and AI systems your business needs. We agree the scope, delivery plan and price before work begins.

01 / Unify — Manufacturing Operations

Connect the work from quotation to delivery.

Unify brings sales, purchasing, production, quality and reporting into one workspace, helping manufacturers follow orders, materials and issues across their operations.

Start with the modules your business needs. Shared item, customer, supplier and location records connect teams, while one sign-in and module-specific roles control access. Follow a customer requirement from quotation and sales order through material planning, work orders, production lots, delivery and invoicing, with inspection and quality workflows alongside it.

What you get

  • Six connected modules with company-level selection and roles for each team
  • Shared items and revisions, customers, suppliers, sites and locations
  • Email or employee-ID sign-in for office and shop-floor teams
  • Linked sales demand, work orders, material requirements and production lots
  • Quality and inspection workflows with recorded decisions and document history
  • Management reporting across the modules each person is authorised to access

Inside Unify

Six modules. One connected workflow.

Choose the modules your team needs. Shared records connect the work; each person's roles determine what they can see and do.

  1. Quotation
  2. Sales order
  3. Materials & purchasing
  4. Production
  5. Delivery & invoicing

Inspection, quality management and reporting support the work across these stages.

Enquiries & quotations

RFQ

Keep customer requirements, quoted prices and revisions together before they become sales orders.

  • Customer quotations with fixed or quantity-break pricing
  • Issued revisions, acceptance and quotation history
  • Supporting drawings, attachments and quotation PDFs
  • Quotation references and agreed prices linked to sales-order lines

Sales, purchasing & finance

OrderIQ

Follow sales demand, material purchases, deliveries and outstanding invoices in one commercial workflow.

  • Sales orders, due dates and partial deliveries
  • Material requirements, purchase orders and goods receipts
  • SGD invoicing, Singapore GST tax codes and credit notes
  • Recorded receipts, invoice allocations and accounting CSV exports

Work orders & production traceability

RouteQ

Connect sales demand to internal work orders, then track production lots through their approved routes with QR scans.

  • Internal work orders with BOM requirements and material reservations
  • QR lot tracking, phone scanning, travelers and label printing
  • Versioned routes and controlled production documents
  • Movement history, lot splits, holds and supervisor-approved deviations

Supplier inspections & approvals

InspectIQ

Bring supplier inspection evidence and company review together before goods are accepted into the workflow.

  • First article and routine inspection requests linked to purchasing
  • Supplier report submissions with supporting PDF documents
  • Approval, clarification and rejection with revision history
  • Goods-receipt checks for outstanding required inspection approvals

Quality issues & corrective action

ResolveIQ

Keep non-conformances, ownership and corrective actions visible from the first report through investigation and closure.

  • A shared NCR register with assigned actions and overdue views
  • CAPA and 8D investigations with linked quality records
  • Quantity-level quarantine, release and disposition records
  • Supplier collaboration, activity history and printable quality reports

Company analytics & reporting

InsightsIQ

See the operational picture across enabled modules, with reports that retain source timestamps and highlight reconciliation issues.

  • Operations, quality, sales and receivables reporting
  • Material readiness and supplier performance dashboards
  • Management overview and linked lot-traceability reports
  • Estimated job costs with missing-input and review flags

Module availability and configuration are agreed during scoping. Reports reflect the data and permissions available to each user. Job-cost figures include estimates and are not accounting profit.

02 / Implementation, Data Migration & Integration

Make the platform fit your operations.

We help your team move from existing spreadsheets and processes to a configured system, with practical onboarding, data preparation and integration work.

We map how your business works, agree the modules and access each team needs, and prepare your records for a controlled rollout. Supported spreadsheet templates and validation previews help check master data before import. Connections to other systems, additional migration formats and custom workflows are assessed and quoted as implementation work.

What you get

  • Workflow review and a scoped implementation plan
  • Company, module, role and reference-data configuration
  • Master-data preparation, template-based imports and validation
  • Agreed integrations with your existing systems
  • User acceptance checks, team training and handover documentation

03 / AI Strategy & Discovery

Find out what is worth building.

Turn an operational problem or AI idea into a practical assessment, a scoped plan and a proof of concept where it will help validate the approach.

We speak with the people doing the work, review the data and tools available, and compare the value and effort of possible solutions. The recommendation may involve AI, conventional automation or a change to an existing process. You get a clear basis for deciding what to build and how to measure whether it works.

What you get

  • An opportunity assessment ranked by business value and effort
  • A review of available data, constraints and integration needs
  • A proof of concept where agreed in scope
  • A delivery plan with dependencies, acceptance criteria and indicative costs
  • An estimate of ongoing hosting, model and support costs

04 / Data & ML Engineering

Build the foundations your systems depend on.

Data pipelines, retrieval systems and model infrastructure designed around your sources, applications and operational requirements.

We build the ingestion, transformation and integration layers that turn scattered information into usable data. For AI applications, the scope can include embeddings, retrieval, model serving and evaluation. Testing, access controls and monitoring are planned around the system you need to operate.

What you get

  • Ingestion and transformation pipelines with validation and tests
  • Data models and integrations for your applications and reporting
  • Retrieval and embedding infrastructure where required
  • Model serving and evaluation workflows where agreed
  • Operational monitoring, documentation and handover

Questions we get asked

Do you work with our existing engineering team?

Usually, yes — it makes handover far easier. We can work alongside your engineers, pair with them through the build, or deliver on our own and train them at the end. Say which you want during scoping.

Where does our data go, and who can see it?

Your data is hosted primarily in Verk AI Solutions' cloud environment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Each customer's data is kept separate, and other customers cannot access it. Within Verk AI Solutions, access is limited to designated, authorised individuals who need it to deliver and support your service, with strict access controls in place to protect your information.

What does this cost to run each month?

Monthly costs depend on the platform you choose and your requirements. We will discuss these during scoping and explain the expected costs before you commit. We offer competitive pricing, so get in touch to explore an option that fits your needs and budget.

What happens if the model gets it wrong?

We design for it being wrong. Every system we build has confidence thresholds, a human-in-the-loop path for low-confidence cases, an audit trail of automated decisions, and a way to roll back.

Can we take it in-house later?

Depending on the platform, we offer perpetual licences that allow you to host the software on your own infrastructure or move it to another hosting environment. We will discuss the available licensing and deployment options with you during scoping, so you can plan for your long-term needs.
