These terms govern your use of the Verk AI Solutions website, including its contact form, digital namecards and downloadable materials. Please read these terms before using the website. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms cover this website; a separate agreement governs any services you purchase from us.

Using this site

You may browse the website, link to its publicly accessible pages and use its contact features for genuine business enquiries. You must not use it for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading purposes, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorised to share.

Do not introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, or send automated requests or messages that disrupt the website or its users. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements.

Service information and enquiries

Descriptions of our services, examples, estimated timelines and indicative prices provide general information. They are not a binding offer or a guarantee of results. A project's scope, fees, delivery dates, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Submitting an enquiry, saving a contact or booking a conversation does not by itself create a service engagement.

Please provide accurate contact information so we can respond. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal data or confidential project materials through the enquiry form. If your enquiry requires confidential information, contact us first to agree a suitable way to share it.

Digital namecards and downloads

You may scan, download, save and share our digital namecards, contact files and QR images for professional introductions and legitimate business contact. A downloaded image or saved contact is a snapshot; check the linked namecard page for current details.

Do not alter a namecard or QR code to misrepresent a person, redirect others deceptively, imply an endorsement, or use the contact details for spam, harassment or unlawful marketing. Permission to share a namecard does not grant ownership of our branding or permission to represent our business.

Content and ownership

Website text, designs, graphics, logos and other materials are owned by us or used under licence, unless otherwise identified. Third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may refer to the website and quote short extracts with attribution to Verk AI Solutions and a link to the source. Apart from the namecard-sharing permission above, uses permitted by law or an applicable licence, please obtain our written permission before reproducing, adapting, selling or distributing our materials. Do not imply that we endorse you or your services.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy page explains how we handle information collected through this website. These terms do not replace that information.

Links and contact buttons may take you to third-party services, including WhatsApp and LinkedIn, or open your email application. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content or handling of information. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with the information we publish, but it may become outdated or contain errors. Please confirm information material to a business decision directly with us. General website information is not a substitute for a technical assessment of your particular requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the use of this website. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

General provisions

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it. These terms do not give a third party a right to enforce them under Singapore's Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
